Our Policies

Refunds & Withdrawal Policy

All the refunds must be submitted in writing to Sew Simple Studio requesting withdrawal and refund seven days prior to program starting.
There are NO refunds or credits for students absences.
One make up date will be presented each session for purposes of finishing a project. This class will serve as a make up class for a illness or a cancelled class due to inclement weather.

Class Cancellation Policy

Classes are cancelled if Public Schools have closed or have early dismissal due to inclement weather. Students /parents will be notified via email if classes are cancelled. Efforts will be made to make up weather cancelled classes, but are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered due to a participant's inability to partake in missed make up class. Make up classes for private or semi-private students can be reschedule with a minimum of one week's notice. If the instructor is ill for a class and a substitute is not available, a make up class or refund will be issued.
